On Monday evening I had the pleasure of being whisked (excuse the ice cream pun) away to an evening of deluxe ice cream indulgence with Häagen-Dazs. The sun was definitely shining in London and what better weather for an ice cream tasting treat!
The event was held at a super luxe penthouse apartment, with the most breathtaking views over London. We sipped on sumptuous strawberry prosecco cocktails whilst taking in the panoramic view of the London Eye, St Pauls and a peak of The Shard!

After munching on some delicious canapés and enjoying cocktails in the glorious sunshine, with the fabulous and very fun Tahira and Josie . We were treated to a truly magical Master Chef style ice cream making lesson, with none other than Master Chef winner Natalie Coleman. Natalie was so informative and engaging it was impossible not to be hypnotised by just how easy she made ice cream making seem! Well actually, it is definitely something you can easily enjoy at home whether you make it yourself or break in to a carton of Häagen-Dazs. Both Natalie's recipe and every Häagen-Dazs flavour contain 100% real milk, cream and yolks from free-range eggs, hooray!
After our ice cream making lesson, we were treated to ice cream tasting (my idea of heaven!) We were handed our pots and given free reign over the seemingly never ending array of flavours. After tantalising my taste buds, I decided that my favourite is definitely the classic Belgian chocolate. I was relieved to find that it contains 0 artificial flavouring, 0 artificial colouring and 0 stabilisers! I was also intrigued to learn that Häagen-Dazs needs a melting time of around 11 minutes as they have the most minimal amount of air in their cartons.
As if we hadn't been indulged enough by Häagen-Dazs as we left we were handed the cutest picnic hampers, containing all the ingredients to make our own ice cream! I really enjoyed learning more about a brand that I am already such a huge fan of. Having an insight in to the true, outstanding quality of their ingredients has confirmed that I am definitely a #RealOrNothing girl!
